How to reduce stress!

I think English teachers are under a lot of stress at work.
What do you think are the best way of reducing stress?

I think you already know the secret because you always look peaceful and happy. Please let me know^^ To get away from stress, I just try to be away from the scene and take some time doing whatever I like such as reading comic books, thumbing through magazines, watching romantic movies...or wakling around.

I think the best way of reducing stress is enjoying the situation. If you can't avoid it, enjoy it!!
Refreshing ourselves with doing favorite things like reading, hiking or chatting also can be one way of handling stress.

What do I do to reduce stress? There are three ways. One thing to do that is not to think complicated things. Be simple. Another thing to do that is to go hiking. Live with nature and enjoy the natural beauty. The last thing to do that is to drink with my wife or with a few close friends. They always make me feel comportable. Among the 3 things, drinking with my wife is the best. I know you have a wondrerful wife. She can be your best friend. Good luck and have a good time with your wife. Bye.

How to reduce stress?
Everyone can be under stress. And we want to get rid of much stress. But I think that when we are under some stress, it could be helpful for us to improve ourselves without boring. Of course, too much stress makes us crazy sometimes. So, the most important thing is what we keep our health well. Keeping healthy give us confidence to overcome all things aound us. So, kind Window! Take care of yourself! And take enough rest during this weekend.
